3. Sale of Courses and Workshops

The Website allows users to purchase access to workshops and courses. All prices are stated in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund (minus credit card or service fees) if cancelled at least 14 days before the workshop begins.

• 50% refund (minus credit card or service fees) if cancelled between 14 days and 72 hours before the start date.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date.

• In the event that the Operator cancels a workshop or course, customers are entitled to a full refund or a voucher of equivalent value for future use, at their discretion.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. The Operator is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by these external providers.

5. Disclaimer

The content provided on this Website, including any written materials or courses, is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute psychological, medical, or legal advice. Participation in workshops or courses does not establish a therapeutic relationship.

6. Privacy

Personal data submitted through contact or registration forms is collected for the sole purpose of managing registrations, processing payments, and providing updates related to the purchased services.
