About The Workshop:
Do you get nervous when it comes to public speaking, especially in English? Do you feel like you’re not keeping people’s attention when you do presentations at work? Do you want to learn how to command every room you walk into with your presence? Then this Stage Presence Workshop is for you!
Capture and hold your audience’s attention by taking control of your voice, standing tall in yourself, and knowing how to land your words onto those you’re speaking to with listening, grounding, and connection based exercises. Plus, learn breathing exercises to use when you get knots in your stomach. Stage presence doesn’t have to be exclusively for actors and performers, now you too can gain the confidence to command the stage!
