Improv 101 - The building blocks of Improv

About the workshop:

Throughout this workshop we will take a first step into the wonderful world of Improv, exploring concepts such as accepting what's thrown at you, thinking on your feet, active listening, exuding confidence (even when you don't feel it), character building, physicality & scene development. In short, how to create something from nothing! 

About the facilitator:

Adaya is an Improviser and a registered Psychologist. Originally from Australia, she studied Improvisation at ImproAustralia and Chicago iO and has been practicing, teaching and performing improv for the past 8 years. She believes that improv skills are useful in almost every aspect of life; from work to relationships to everyday human interactions, and that everyone should try Improv at least once in their lives!

Workshop is taught in English. No theater or Improv experience necessary.

We will facilitate the workshops in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines. We will allow for flexibility if restrictions change throughout the workshop.
